The mills lead Evan had a problem with me asking for the pay I think I deserved. He would set me up for failure and would never help when I had questions. But he would say I could ask him anything and he would always respond with condescending remarks, or that they use to yell at people for the questions I had. I over heard him talking to another employee about wanting a raise. He gave him ridiculous standards to meet so he can not give him the appropriate pay for him. Work environment was the worse I've ever seen.

Poor management, owner cannot stand up to his supervisor and lets him make the calls. Nepotism runs rampant and they cannot live up to their promises. Waste of time, dont bother.

Quality work for a fair price. Great machine shop that has grown over the year as a mom and pop shop into a quality aerospace manufacturing plant.
