This was my second trip to Busy Bees Escondido store. The first time was to locate a hard to find latching mechanism for a brass door on a community mailbox. Not only did they have an exact replacement in stock at a very reasonable price, but the sales person also threw in two brass screws (at no cost) to secure the mechanism to the door. The second was to repair a key fob for my 2011 Subaru Outback. Two minutes after entering the shop, the technician had disassembled and reassembled the fob, again at no cost to me. An enthusiastic two thumbs up to Busy Bees Escondido for their courtesy and professionalism.
This great family run business.. I went to their Escondido store it was closest to my work after an incredible great experience down at their little Italy, store .. This was like a real big store . They fixed my car clicker and saved me 200.00 . The young man was so nice and helpful ..
Came to Busy Bees with a small safe that I could no longer find the keys for (thought I might have locked them in it). I was so impressed by the staff in the store who showed Empathy, Professional knowledge, Friendly, Honest and followed through. First time I visited them, and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. This is a "Blue Ribbon" company in my eyes. Pricing was reasonable. Communication-SUPERB! *Yes they got the safe opened by cutting the back panel off.* *Would recommend this company to the highest degree.* So appreciated! Thank you again.
