We took our pomeranian late in the evening, after he had opened his recent surgery stitches and had to be re stitched. The entire staff was very friendly and sympathetic of our pet, they took us in and gave us a really great rate, he was ready in a matter of hours and was good as new. Our pet has been healing great with no issues, Thank you to the entire staff whom helped us with our little family member.
I was very happy with my experience at this hospital. My cat had a swollen eye, so we brought him in to get it checked out. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. There was a wait due to an emergency, which they apologized for, but considering the circumstances I believe they got us taken care of in a pretty timely manner. They were upfront about prices, which were very reasonable and affordable. I would highly recommend Escondido Veterinary Emergency to anyone with a pet in need of immediate care.
Brought my dog here when she got stung by a bee and started having an allergic reaction. This place saw us pretty quickly and was affordable for an emergency vet. The staff were all women and vet nice. I have a huge dog with some reactivity and handling restraint sensitivity and when I let the staff know this, they said that was helpful and she did great with them. Hopefully I will never have to come back, but if I do, it'll be here first.
