Most of the time, you'll need to stand and listen to how the world works and how bad the original contractors skipped important long term steps and why your roof isn't that great. Followed by the roofing class you can expect 2-3 different pricing options, and the promise of a foreman to check on the crew for quality control. However, upon reviews, many have so many issues from leaving supplies, nails, broken shrubs, etc. This company, however, takes great care and focus in what you're trying to accomplish. Alvarez Roofing was very responsive and gave a quick fair estimate. Other roofers do estimates using satellite photos. Alvarez father/son team came out to do an estimate in person. They did a detailed evaluation of my roof and answered all my questions. They sent a detailed estimate with their recommendations as well as optional add ons. I received 3 estimates from other companies but theirs was not only the cheapest, but also the most complete. Alvarez roofing worked with my solar contractor to schedule panel removal/replacement as well as with my plumber who was rerouting a tankless water heater exhaust pipe to the roof. We needed a full roof replacement which included tear off. After several bids we decided on Alvarez. No regrets. This father and son team along with the other two were like a well oiled machine. The bid was very reasonable. If you want quality work at a fair price I highly recommend Alvarez Roofing.
