I spoke to numerous places about end of life planning with direct cremation. None made me as comfortable as Lorraine did at Alhiser-Comer did. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in her explanation of everything. We went in knowing what we wanted and she did not try to update us like every other place did. She accepted that we knew what we wanted and directed the conversation that way.
There was a family preparing for services for their loved one, and the interior is pretty nice, so it has a presentation before anything else begins. I know we picked the right place and I have no second guesses about what Mama Bear and I chose for our final wishes.

Our family was very impressed with and the staff at Alhiser Comer, particularly Monica and Nichole. They were very professional and took care of every detail (from getting the permit to transport ashes, to the on-site memorial, to the service at Miramar National Cemetery.) Also impressed with their quick replies to all our our many questions. We are thankful for how easy the process was from start to finish.

Everything went so well for my dad’s celebration of life. Monica was so helpful and helped the hard day go very smoothly. I’m so glad we chose here for the beautiful and clean chapel room, reception area, and staff. Highly recommend.
