AAA Driving School offers a research-based curriculum focused on teen driver safety. Students learn behind-the-wheel driving techniques with patient and friendly instructors, including Josh and Michael, who have received praise for their calm and supportive teaching styles. Parents appreciate the detailed progress reports and helpful tips for the DMV driver's license test. The school helps students gain confidence on the road, including navigating high traffic areas, and many students leave feeling more aware of their surroundings and ready for their tests. AAA Driving School also offers a discount on insurance through AAA upon completion of the program. Bookings are recommended several weeks in advance, and lessons can only be scheduled in sets of two. I had a million questions about things that would be on the DMV test, Josh answered all of them with full honesty, along with tips and helpful guidance. Which is why i’m passing that test this friday!!!
We have been coming here to see Josh for over 5 years (he has taught all of our teens..).
Wonderful instructor - very knowledgeable, friendly, relates well to the kids and truly seems to take an interest in their progress and success. He seems to have in depth knowledge of all things CA DMV and what the testing entails, and he goes to great lengths to pass on this knowledge to his students. He also makes the whole process for the parent very easy, and is very flexible and accomodating. Arguably one of the best driving instructors around. Thank you, Josh!
I had a good experience at the way they teach my kids and training them to drive but the only issue is My Daughter got sick on the night one day before the training. I had to cancel the training early morning then I find out they charge me $68 for cancellation. That’s the only issue I had.
