This is the worst place to have, or be a physician. You have to pay for parking, but the worst thing is the 5 minute elevator! It literally takes 5 minutes to reach the first floor so you can go up to your appointment. I have never seen an elevator so slow. I am considering calling my health insurance and changing my provider because of this place. Pay for parking and you still have more waiting. This place is determined to make you late no matter what. Super inconvenient, fix your elevators!!!
This is simply a medical center like it says. Several doctors offices and a surgical center. There is a parking lot. Kinda small. Got to get parking validated or you have to pay. They do have a valet parking area towards the back. Wish they had more handicapped parking. Nice place. Elevators are extremely slow!
Rene Ghotanian is an extremely unprofessional dentist. At my first appointment i was kept waiting hours and he apologized many times saying it never happens. He put in a temporary filling. Today i went back (this time i drove to Encino to see him all the way from Los Feliz) and my appointment was for 8:30am. When i got there the office was closed. Myself and three other patients had to wait in the hall for 11 minutes before anyone showed up (now 8:41). Then, after we were let into the office and the lights were tunred on, i was told that Rene Ghotanian, who i was there to see, was not even there yet. At 8:45 he still was not there, i was still kept waiting, so i left. I do not know if he is a good dentist or not, but i know he is a person who does not respect the time of his patients.
