literally the worst company you could choose to handle your employees retirement benefits ever. I would not be surprised if in 10 years from now we find out Voya has stolen millions in retirement funds from people.
Unfortunately I'm stuck with this company because my employer hired them. I'm not at all surprised that they would hire a company with such low ratings to be honest.But this company is in the stone age Everything has to be done my mail. I have been trying to change my address for over 6 months and it's just been a back and forth game for them. You cant verify anything they way you can with any other company that's in this century( ie email, etc). This company is laughable and pitiful. I'm beyond frustrated with them.Plus the customer service is beyond abhorrent. We used this company for our financial problems and they don't know what they're doing. They don't have enough knowledge to handle your issues.We won't use this company again.
