I'm actually sad write this, but I can no longer go to this salon. Today I went for my normal mani pedi and the lady doing my pedicure was particularly rough with taking the gel off and then was very harsh with trimming my cuticles- so rough in fact, that three of my toes were bleeding. One was so bad that she couldn't get it to stop bleeding and I was so distracted by her trying to get it to stop, that I don't believe she even finished with the rest of the nails. I decided to not let her polish them because I didn't want to use the UV light on my open wound. Needless to say- she still charged me for a full pedicure and removal of the previous gel. Most companies would, at the very least, charge a little less because of this- but she didn't ever consider that- I think she actually blamed my cuticles for being so hard...which is ridiculous.

I love Velvet Nails! This is a family-owned business that treats their clients like family. They take great care in making my 91 year old mother, my babies, & myself feel attended to. Dong does an excellent job with GelX nails & all the employees go above & beyond to meet our expectations. A real classy, clean, & beautiful space. Just look at my nails!!!

I've been going here for years and the staff is amazing ! If you want your nails done right come here. Front receptionist is a sweat heart she will take care of you. Un lugar exceptional I Muy professional.
