Getting ahold of these guys for initial setup (which they require you to do) or tech support is an absolute nightmare. They never answer your call, you always have to leave a message for a callback. I have never gotten a callback sooner than an hour later, and usually wait over 2 hours on average. Refusing to hire sufficient staff to properly support your product is completely unacceptable. Especially when you also refuse to give the field techs who install and maintain your products any kind of back end access or training. Hardware is good when it works, software/cloud services are not end user friendly at all and have no built in help or tutorial features. All in all… read full review
