I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Shelly Murad and her team at Tax Defense Partners for all their care and concern they have shown me, and for working tirelessly to ensure that the law worked in my favor. If it weren't for Ms. Murad's analytical skills and knowledge, my IRS matter wouldn't have been settled by now. Thanks once again to Ms. Murad and her team for the advice, time, and efforts. Without reservation, I give Tax Defense Partners my highest recommendation for their superior service.

I was in a great amount of fear after receiving an audit notice from the IRS. I heard about Tax Defense Partners over the radio and decided to give them a call. They helped me achieve a vet affordable payment plan in a stress free manner. As originally promised, they had no hidden fees for their services. I can now live in peace again.

I used Tax Defense Partners in 2017. Now that I am totally finished with their services, I wish to write my own review. I have looked over reviews in various websites and feel that the average individual with a tax burden who is desperate for a solution might develop a bit of confusion that probably only adds to their stress level. Positive reviews and negative reviews. Which ones to believe? I believe that reviews are generally good things to at least consider. It makes one more alert if nothing else. Bottom line is that I sincerely believe no one should make a decision solely on reviews because individuals who write reviews can be telling the truth or they can be highly biased and explain and claim things way out of context. They can be correct because they clearly understood what happened in their case, or they can be incorrect due to misinterpreting what happened in their case. Or lastly, perhaps the review is negative because it is a fabricated lie and was maliciously written by one of the tax firm's competitors....... Taxation and government are complex by their very nature. Very complex. Even tax department employees have difficulty in understanding some of the countless regulations and laws they have to abide by. One cannot count on any promises because no one knows how the government will react in any given situation until the situation has occurred. No one can know for sure how their situation is going to turn out until they make a decision to get brave and push and find out. If an individual tackles the IRS or State tax departments on their own, they cannot possibly know for sure the outcome ahead of time. How can a firm know? I am suspicious of reviews that say the writer was "promised" anything at all. No respectable business would have any reason to make promises. That would be dumb, professionally. Even a prospective client should know that as well. Some people use the word "promise" very loosely when the word was never actually uttered by anyone. One thing I learned while using Tax Defense Partners is that no two client situations are alike. And I cannot imagine, realistically, that each and every client is going to come out of their dilemma with a rosy conclusion. And I do feel bad for those whose cases cannot end well. But, no tax services firm (including Tax Defense Partners) can tell the IRS or State agencies what to do. Everyone involved is at the mercy of the tax people. Also, there are requirements of the client. They must work closely with the tax services firm or things can get mixed up. Some of the negative reviews I have read might possibly be from the client not doing his or her part in producing paperwork in timely fashion or not clearly understanding what the firm needed from them. But, after reading reviews, one is still stuck with deciding what to do and who to go with. I took the safest direction I possibly could in the beginning. I was confident that if a firm could earn the endorsement of someone such as Rush Limbaugh who has the most efficient BS detector of anyone I have ever known, I had the absolute best chance of picking a good tax services firm. And, in my particular case, listening to the commercials on Rush Limbaugh's radio program and responding by contacting Tax Defense Partners proved to be the wisest thing I could have done. No firm can fix everyone's tax problem to their liking, but here is what I can say about my experience with Tax Defense Partners: I was given a very quick and accurate analysis of my tax situation and what possible outcome we could be looking at. I was given no promises at any time. I was told what it would cost. I was offered a payment plan that would actually work despite not having credit and having a relatively low income. The confident demeanor of every single staff member I dealt with always eased my stress level. At all times I was convinced they knew what they were doing. They were always very professional but in most cases personable as well (which I valued). They were always available to me when I needed to co
