I have been training with Miguel for the past year. He has helped me improve my strength, fitness, and taught me how to lift weights properly. He has also helped with my nutrition to add muscle and lose fat. Miguel is always inspiring and pushes me to be consistent and achieve my goals. I highly recommend him!

Miguel at Novo is amazing! My grandson has been training with Miguel for the past 3 years and it has been a terrific experience. Miguel has greatly helped improve strength, has taught proper weight lifting and fitness techniques and is inspirational, kind, caring and motivating in the best of ways! I have been training with Miguel for the last 3.5 years, and started one on one sessions about 8 months ago. While I made significant strides in my overall fitness prior to the private sessions, I have really been able to increase my strength and improve my overall body composition since making the switch. Miguel has helped me dial in a plan for continued improvement, and I look forward to continuing to work with him. I am stronger now and in better shape than I was 20 years ago, when I was a college athlete. The hardest part now is that coming up with new goals--Miguel has helped me push past all of the ones I set for myself 8 moths ago!
