Overall, Nail Garden Encino aims to provide a high-end experience, but may not always meet expectations.
I had high hopes going into my appointment, but immediately was taken aback at how dirty the salon is. The seats are white and you can see how much dirt has accumulated. The floors had toe nails strewn around and was in desperate need of a proper sweep. The towels that were used on my feet were worn, grey and stained. I'm giving three stars because the young woman who did my pedicure was thorough. Unfortunately I will not be coming back.
The salon is impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and exudes an air of tranquility. The technicians are truly artists; their attention to detail is unparalleled and they are adept in a variety of styles and techniques. Customer satisfaction is clearly a priority, as the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling pampered and pleased with your nails. A visit to Nail Garden is a treat worth indulging in!
All I got was a pedicure. She did great. Nice friendly fast and efficient. My sister got a full acrylic set which should run you about 60 according to their menu. The girl did not speak English (this is not a problem usually but there was definitely an error on shape) she spent nearly 3 hours shaping the nail. Kept applying the acrylic and going in with the drill multiple times. Did not understand what a coffin shape was had to have someone else tell her. Ended up paying 80 dollars for a basic set that took 3.5 unbearable hours.
