Jon is the best plumber and rooting specialist in Encino. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and communicative. He fixed my burst sewer line that was blocked by tree roots and created a new ABS pipe within the pipe. No issues since and very friendly service. I have an old home that increasingly needs plumbing repairs. Jon is both a great plumber and a good guy. When he fixes or repairs something, he always does a thorough job and doesn't cut corners. When something doesn't need to be replaced, he lets me know it can be fixed, instead. For example, a previous plumber tried to convince me that my water heater was not worth fixing and needed to be replaced. My gut feeling was that it was worth fixing, which is when I found Jon who told me that the previous plumber probably didn't want to fix it because it was a hard to do.
