We used gracelandremodeling for kitchen flooring job. They demoed the existing floor and laid down tile throughout. Their estimates may be a little on the higher end but theit longer warranty is what sold us. Something we didn't know, but for some job duties they contract companies to do the work. For the tile we had put down, they contracted a different company, outside their company, to do the job. Not that that is a problem, but when a truck with a different company name on it shows up at your house, don't be alarmed. They all did an amazing job, no damages, no hidden fees, very transparent about the job, and overall we're very happy with everything.
