I’ve been going to this location for about 3 years and really like it. It’s very clean, recently added more machines, and it’s not too busy. I never have to wait for equipment.
I had a fantastic experience at Equinox. I was so impressed by latest technology and how knowledgeable the staff was. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly. A special shout-out to Greg for showing around. This business truly goes the extra mile for its customers, and I highly recommend it.
We had a wonderful tour with James at Equinox Encino today! He was friendly, informative, and made us feel right at home. As parents of two young kids, we especially loved seeing the Kids Club, which was clean and looked fun. Highly recommend touring with James if you're a family considering joining!
