It's a professional salon and they were very concerned about COVID protocol which was good. This was the first experience I had that I sprang for an expensive haircut and dye job, ended up spending about $300 with tip and because they sold me on Paul Mitchell products (it's a Paul Mitchell salon). Here are my tips: 1) do not be sold on the products, they're cheap quality and cost $20 each. 2) do not come here as a POC because even when you communicate how your hair is they don't listen to you. Legit obsessed with the hair that Jenny did for me! She took her time and gave me the BEST shampoo and massage! I get so many compliments. Can't wait to go back to her!!!! Definitely recommending to all my friends and family.

Read the reviews weren't here because they were awesome. We had a lady name JEN do the hair. It was supposed to be a full highlights, it was but It now looks like a pumpkin, I know it's Halloween time but I didn't want orange chair. I also noticed at the base of my scalp or the lower part, it's super crumbly when I touch my hair. Won't be going back here again
