My first time ever at a drybar, had a lovely experience thanks to Veronica I have a lot of hair because of my extensions and she did so amazing washing and blow drying them treated my hair with care and was accommodating and sweet. Clean inside, great location with parking lot, very busy but still doesn’t feel overcrowded, would definitely come back!(: thank you Veronica again for being awesome!!

BEST. EXPERIENCE. EVER.
The saying goes, you can only really judge a person or a business by how they do when things go WRONG-
and the ability to pivot with 'unexpected challenges' is the TRUE mark of a friend, associate, or business you want to stay in business with.

It's easy to be good when everything is perfect - but life ain't like that - and certainly in LA post-Covid, post-tarifs, post-recession- there's a LOT that can go wrong and we all have so little patience now because our wallets are tighter, and the world's gotten infinitely less 'friendly'.

Love this place! My daughter's hair is otherworldly -- super THICK and long and curly (she's Ethiopian). It takes me 4 hours to wash, blowdry and style it. This place is a lifesaver. I like bringing her here when I need a break. The manager is great! I had a small issue on one occasion but when I returned to the salon to share my concerns she listened patiently and solved the problem right away. She even recommended a treatment option for eczema that I hadn't considered. Thank you Drybar Encino for your amazing service!!!
