One of my favorite Bikram yoga studios in Los Angeles County. My favorite instructor is Mark. He really fine tunes the poses for each person. I highly recommend this studio if you want to feel the best you have in your life, especially after traumas and for anti-aging.
First time here today, Orthodox Bikram yoga, after years of jumping to different studio and listening to not qualified yoga instructors with all the pop music and ups and downs this was a great re-start for me.Everything is simple and perfect, feeling great after this training, will be visiting this studio whenever I am in LA
I've been coming here for a little over a year & love it! One of the best decisions for my overall health I've ever made. Every instructor is excellent and I always leave feeling amazing!!
