After careful consideration, we chose BTB to do a bathroom remodel. Better Together Builders handled everything from demo to tile installation to paint. The work was done competently and efficiently with reasonable attention to detail. The crew was respectful and we had good communication throughout the process. Better Together Builders is truly exceptional. We used Better Together Builders once before for a smaller project, and based on that great experience, we hired them again for a major remodel. Even though the remodel has just begun, we are already beyond impressed. Their communication is out of this world. They use WhatsApp and video walkthroughs to keep us updated every step of the way, which makes such a huge difference. Alon, the general manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and communicates with us daily. We worked with Better Together Builders on the remodel of two commercial restrooms in our church fellowship hall, and the entire experience was great from start to finish. Our Project Manager, Sam, was outstanding! She went above and beyond to make sure we got the quality of work we wanted while staying within budget. Even when logistical challenges came up, Sam and the crew handled everything with professionalism and care. The contractors were respectful of our church space and from the initial proposal (shoutout to Ofri!) through the final walkthrough, it was a pleasure to work with them. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend Better Together Builders!
