My shopping experience today was normal until I got to check out. As I was an interacting with the cashier watching what he was doing to make sure everything was going well. Towards the end of scanning items, he said to me, you should start bagging. I had a total of 10 items on my list today. If I wanted to bag my own items I could go to self check out. When I asked him if he wanted me to bag, he said "yes. You're just standing there" I hope Rick wasn't offended when I said he was being rude. I proceed to pick up bags off of the counter and found holes in the bottom of the paper bags. After several attempts, I found at one that did not have a hole.... read full review

I've tried so hard to want to shop here over the past 10 years because it's so close to my house but almost every single time I shop here the staff is so rude. There is one female cashier who is very nice and courteous but everyone else is rude and/or grumpy. I finally had to write a review after asking one of the staff where something was and as he was walking by he gave me a vague location and kept on walking like he couldn't be bothered. Then, the cashier never said anything to me and I asked how his day was going and even gave him a very polite "thank you" when he was done. Never looked up, never said anything. Nada. You'd be hard to find any business where the employees were this unfriendly. Used to go here a bit as I live very close by but the employees have seemed miserable for years. It's uncomfortable to go in here. I Try to avoid this store but went to get a rug doctor and the checker guy said the paper work takes a long time and that they have them at Home Depot. We were checking out and 5 feet away from the rug drs.
