I come to this Vons occasionally when I'm looking to run in for something quick. Surprisingly, I never struggle with finding parking or long lines here at this grocery store. I feel like whenever I go to Trader Joe's or Sprouts there's always a little bit of chaos. The store is well organized and has a great selection. The staff is friendly and is helpful.

I wasn't here for the food, or to grab a snack. I came to grab a Beach Cooler and a few other items. I had already stopped into another Vons and another Albertsons, but immediately was appalled by those stores and their staffs lack of customer service. I had called ahead to this particular store off of Santa Fe Drive across from the Hospital and spoke with Valerie who promptly assisted me over the phone. When I arrived Valerie was currently with a customer but asked Scotty to assist me. I made several more purchases in addition to that which I came in for. Thank you to cashier Anika for taking the time to review my long receipt to make sure it was correct. She had thought that the total seemed wrong but confirmed it was correct after looking at each charge. Very much appreciated!
