This is not a towing company, they don't provide the service. They are a broker/ dispatch that hires different companies and send the help with high prices. The customer service was ok. The help did eventually get to me but took longer than they estimated. However, when I asked for the invoice of the service and the name of the company I was not provided with any information.Service: Tire change

Not only did they leave a 16 year old girl alone on the road at night because he didn’t like her ID (which was accepted by others). But we had to call aaa again and the guy (different one) towed the car. Left it running and ended up with issues. Then I call because we need to get it fixed from what they did but the manager never called after 4.5 hours but my 3rd phone call I was hung up on by Fadi and told to wait. He refused to give a manager name and hung up a second time. Yes. I finally used a curse word bc I couldn’t believe they have a contract with Aaa but abandon a child on the side of the road.Service: Car towing

I called to ask a question regarding a shopping center tow (not an actual tow, just the legality of it) and the gentleman cut me off saying "I don't deal with shopping compounds, I'm getting busy" and hung up on me....I then called another near by towing company and they happily took the time to answer my question.Towing Encinitas couldn't even answer a simple question without being rude and hanging up on me....unbelievable.Save yourself the headache and frustration and go somewhere else.
