Store need s a full-time receptionist!!! I am 75 years old & hate to see the stylists Constantly interrupted by incoming phone calls!!! It’s not fair to them or to the clients like my self who are abused by management’s stinginess & incompetence!!! Don’t tell me to use your app as I have been all year. That may get me an appointment but what good is it if I suffer when I get into the chair ! Your stylist’s would be much more productive & efficient if they aren’t distracted by the phone!!! Please respond !!!

It was a pleasant and relaxing visit! my wife will now walk with me, as opposed trailing behind me! Thank you for a nice friendl atmosphere and el taking care of me! thank you! ??

Stylist: Taylor was my stylist and she did an awesome job with my haircut. She followed my instructions very well and she even wrote them into my member profile. That way, another stylist will be able to help me easily in the future. When I brought up my concern about a strand of hair that would stick out after my hair grows out, Taylor helped address it by trimming accordingly. Keep up the great work, Taylor! Hope to see you again soon!
