Truly only of the most intentionally poorly run companies out there. Nobody works at the front desk, nobody answers the phones, very intentionally so you can't ask questions. The only people who care are the employees, who are caught between their patients and incompetent management, by design of said management. Only go to Quest Diagnostics if you absolutely have to, otherwise avoid at all costs.

FYI...if you have an appointment you still may need a significant wait. I was here and a 94 year old woman who had been fasting still had to wait over 30 mins after her appointment time. Despite other individuals willing to give her their time slot, the office would not accommodate. They state that appointments take priority, however, it does not appear that way. Just be aware that if you make an appointment, you could wait over 30 mins after your appointment time.

A text message regarding my appointment allowed me to check in when I arrived. All new staff (since last year) who are kind and capable! I'm not an easy blood draw but today the process was quick and painless! Seriously, half my experiences usually end in tears and several people trying to find my skinny, wiggly veins in all areas of my arm but today was one of the few positive experiences I've had in a long while. Thank you Quest Encinitas!!!
