Flock is an excellent Brokerage to haul for. Issues exist as with any other brokerage but my Rep - Kevin Kramer is the best... He works as hard as he can to make loads work for my carriers - He does go over and beyond with me and my carriers. I cannot say enough good things about him. The back up or support brokers - Conner Hartenberger has always stepped in to help when Kevin has not been available. He's the best as well. Overall Flock Freight is more than fair with their rates... Pay better than other brokers. I would recommend them 100% to any carrier that is willing to work with Partials .....
