Amazing customer service and attention to details. Scott is honest, hardworking and very pleasant to talk to and deal with. He turned our 23 years old tiles and grout flooring to brand new looking floor. Very accommodating and helpful technical expertise. Can't ask for any better. In fact we already hired him to do our walk-in shower area. Definitely recommend him.
The service was perfect! Scott did a really fantastic job with my carpets--he got all the stains out. I also appreciated that he was upfront with pricing over the phone (which was very competitive without all the gimmicks and sales coupons). Service, communication and pricing were all 5 Star.
