I called in search of some herbs while visiting from out of town and left a message mentioning that I would only be in the area for a few days, and hoped to stop by to purchase some. I recieved a call back within a few minutes letting me know that they were closed for the day, and giving me a few other options for where to find what I was looking for. To take the time on a day off to communicate with somebody from out of town, when it will not benefit your business in any way is impressive and rare. I was able to find my herbs and so appreciate the help. Thank you so much!

For four months I had been suffering with terrible shoulder pain. Just days before I was going to go in for surgery to be followed by a possible shoulder replacement a friend told me to contact Michael. I am so pleased I did.
