I have been wanting a sauna for a long time. So many out there to choose from. Tim took the time to explain everything. Installation was smooth. The sauna looks great and works even better. We really love our new Malibu2 sauna! It’s beautifully designed, super easy to use, and feels marvelous! Tim is super knowledgeable and was very accommodating. His genuineness definitely contributed to our decision to buy the sauna. We were also very pleased with how professional, helpful, and friendly Charlie, the installer, was. Our whole experience with Coastal Saunas was fabulous! We highly recommend them!

Tim gladly spent time helping us select the right sauna, prepare for the delivery, and understand how to care for our new sauna. His help was invaluable.
