I love this guy. He knows everything there is to know about your sick printer or fax machine or the like. He can even tell you if it is worth spending the money on the repair. He has been in business forever and is always busy. His shop looks like a graveyard for printers of the past but don't let that discourage you from using his services as he will get the job done in the right way the first time.
