We hired Big B’s to re plumb our main connection from the house to the street (Neptune in Encinitas). They were awesome to work with, flexible, and efficient. It was a tricky job and they got it done way faster than I thought they would. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Of course there is no convenient time to have a plumbing issue. So, a Saturday when the husband is away on a golf trip with the boys was inevitable, right? I heard the sound of water running in the walls. No water was running that I could find. Something was not right and I knew it. I called a well known plumbing company describing my situation and they said they couldn’t get anyone out until Tuesday. That wasn’t working for me. What a pleasure having Brian from Big B's fix our broken faucet, I cant even communicate how helpful, friendly & professional he is.
We received a text message immediately following the service request woth our property manager, it showed a picture of Brian and some bio info - what a great touch! I imagine that communication makes people like single Moms or elderly residents feel safe knowing who's going to be knocking on their door.
Brian arrived within 1 hour of our emergency call - we couldn't even find the main water shutoff before his arrival - quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem.
