We had a leak in our roof during the February rains, causing a water mitigation project in our living room. Geoff Baynes, the owner, came over and got onto the roof for a thorough inspection. He gave us an honest and fair proposal. The roof repair was excellent, and they finished it quickly after we agreed on the proposal.

Øn 2/23/24 Vale Rodriguez of Baynes Roofing came to repair the leak around the chimney located on the roof of my 2 story home. Vali was very polite and showed exceptional customer service. He answered all my questions about the leak around the chimney. He finished the repair and all work was done professional. Baynes Roofing should hire more employees like Vale as he reflects great customer service in doing a very good job repairing the leak around the chimney. Please have the CEO (boss) give him a raise or time off with pay. Thanks again Baines Roofing for sending out Vale...........?...........?

Goeff and his guys did a repair on our mission tile roof. Instead of replacing the whole roof, he was very honest and said we only needed to fix a couple of places. He and his team did it quickly and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them.Service: Roof repair
