I loved my yoga practice here! I visited from out of state and took the power fusion 2 class today. It was the perfect balance of challenge and flow allowing me to feel strong and also soften into the practice. The studio was clean and had a welcoming energy. I felt connected to my body, breath, and the practice and would love to come back.
