He was focused on getting our unit repaired as quickly as possible and made sure we were kept in the loop while waiting for the necessary part to arrive.

Roman Petrosian is the HVAC whisperer! He quickly diagnosed the problem, resolved it and even installed a new control panel within minutes. He is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable about all things heating and cooling. There is no one I’d call before Roman. He knows his way around all things mechanical and goes the extra mile to make sure it’s done- even when the task ends up being far more complicated. His skills, humble approach and his ability to problem solve make him an unmatched HVAC professional.
