I'm eternally grateful that I found Acupuncture Continuum. I am a 24-year Marine Veteran diagnosed by the VA with a deteriorating L5 disc. Two months ago, it seemed that cortisone and surgery were the only answers. My chiropractor recommended Karen and it has been phenomenal what she has accomplished. My pain, when I started, I was at level 7 or 8 on a regular basis. In just one month of treatments, I can say that I have entire days with little or no pain.
I've never used acupuncture before. Here's what found out. It is a medical treatment at least 5000 years old and works for me.

I have been seeing Karen for a few months, and I could not be more grateful for her and my healing just in this short amount of time. She immediately pinpointed my ailments and laid out my treatment plan in a way that felt manageable and effective.
