I first starting seeing Heather for facials about a year ago after she came highly recommended by two separate friends (who both have very high standards). I'm in my 40s and I have sensitive skin, so am really picky about treatments, but my skin was looking and feeling kind of dull and I needed to get back into a regular routine. Heather really took the time to understand my skin and routines, had great insight into what was going on with my skin, and gave me an awesome treatment that left my skin glowing. I've been back every month since and I can say that it is money well spent. My skin looks great and Heather always has great advice for me on what to add or adjust about my routine. She's never pushy with any products and I have never felt like she's trying to upsell me on a treatment. Most importantly, Heather is so great at what she does, because she really loves it. She is curious about and keeps up with all of the latest treatments and techniques and she brings that knowledge to her clients. She's helped my skin from my 30's (minor acne and redness) to my 50's (wrinkles and sun damage). Being a swimmer, I have learned not to ignore her suggestions to protect myself, and she has pointed out pre-cancer spots early on that I have treated medically before they became a serious health issue. She is exceptionally professional and I always look forward to my appointments, much like I do a trip to a spa or massage.
