THEY RUINED MY WEDDING DRESS.
I had to clean my wedding dress and its train. I knew they only had some stains on the bottom edge cause I wore it only for two hours. Didn't even eat anything and didn't even sit down while having them on. What they did to my dress is so shocking: 1) They put four big and strong pins on my dress and the train, which left permanent marks on these beautiful mikado pieces. 2) They left two obvious stain spots. If I could rate this cleaners 0 stars I would. The woman at the front counter was so rude. She barely looked at us and barely spoke. She looked at me with disgust as I didn't belong in her neighborhood. She. I asked if she could alter the dress she didn't even look at it. She told me she couldn't help me and went back to her phone which she never looked looked up from the entire conversation. Can't speak to the work they do here but the customer service is TRASH!
I drop off my son's "school shirts" here every week to be laundered ( because I hate ironing dress shirts) and the pricey $3 a shirt was doable for a while but now it is $4.25 a shirt and they did not bother to mention it. I asked them about it, they know me as a frequent customer but did not seem to care about the price change. Somehow one of the shirts now has a stain on it that they cannot remove. Finding a new dry cleaner with decent or maybe even friendly service. PS - The very young lady that works on Saturdays is very sweet but still not worth the $4.25 laundry
