I’ve been a member of YogaSix Elk Grove for about a year and a half and absolutely love it. It is such a nice studio, and I like the variety of classes offered. The instructors are fabulous, the classes are wonderful, and the employees are all so welcoming.

the enjoyment i get from each class at YogaSix in Elk Grove, amazes me. i thought yoga, ok i will give it a try. the thing is, this work out has been helpful to me in numerous ways. posture much better, my breathing is now something i pay attention to and my walking and moving is easier. the instructors are clear about the way to get the best from us in the classes. Kyleigh, Milla, Kiara, Johanna and Justin you all are supportive in the kindest way, thank you very much for your generous instructions. Highly endorse and recommend the YogaSix in Elk Grove.

I signup for the free flow weekend & I’m so glad I did!!! I was able to try different classes with different instructors & by the end I knew this is where I wanted to practice yoga. The Instructors are great!! Having different instructors many classes to choose from has been a great experience for me and I have learned I love yoga!! Or should I say my body loves yoga!! YogaSix of Elk Grove is an Awesome community & I always feel so welcomed when I come through the doors. I recommend everyone and anybody who is interested in yoga to try YogaSix in Elk Grove.
