The owner or person in charge has a Very Bad attitude, the way she comes accross rude.

My mom and I really needed our nails/pedi done. It was hard finding an open shop due to covid,but Judy let us make our appointments. My mom's pedicure came out great and my nails and pedi are bomb! Mai did my nails/feet and she did amazing. She went over and beyond with her customer service. Understanding that we are in a pandemic,and things are much more difficult, and frustrating, businesses are going through a lot. Walked in at 6:15 and was told to come back tomorrow. When asked if I will come back tomorrow I said NO. I don't get my nails done very often so I guess I don't know proper protocol for nail salon places it just seems rude and unprofessional to me. Never going again.
