I used Robert for 2 inspections on different houses and I have to say his prices are very fair and he is very thorough - I was honestly surprised at how in depth the reports were! They were delivered to me via email within a day of completion each time. He was also very kind and followed up to make sure that I understood everything in the inspection. I highly recommend him to anyone who's unsure about which inspector to go with.

We had Robert perform a home inspection on a rental property that we own in Jackson. It almost felt too good to be true when Robert spent time on the phone with me to explain everything he was going to do. We went ahead and hired him and we are so glad we did. Robert showed up on time and relayed the findings to us afterwards. The report he created was extensive and detailed. He went through the house inch by inch and clearly broke out the various areas (Main Bathroom, Kitchen, Garage, etc) and had pictures with arrows and comments for each area. I found out at the last minute that my new home walkthrough was scheduled a few days away. I wanted an independent home inspection done on the house prior to the walkthrough. From the moment Robert picked up his phone, he was pleasant, and very accommodating. He was able to come out on short notice, on time and ready to roll. Within a short time, one day, I had a very through, and comprehensive report sent to me. I am now better equipped for the walkthrough! I have had many home inspections done on various properties in the past. Robert Villa is the best!
