My Samsung Galaxy Fold 5 android cellphone necessitated a screen and battery replacement. As my device was fully paid for, I had secured an extended warranty through AT&T Asurion. I initiated an online claim and was directed to visit the nearest uBreakiFixit location the following day. Upon my morning arrival, I was greeted by Zane at the uBreakiFixit in Elk Grove, California. I articulated the reason for my visit and inquired about the estimated service duration. Zane indicated a timeframe of three hours or less. The sad part is that I work in IT, I do more software than hardware, and had to turn to UBreakiFix.
The good part, young staff, super friendly, super helpful, I could not ask for more. I hope I do not need to turn to them in the future, but if a computer need arises, they will be the ones I go to. I cannot thank the staff enough for all their asasistance.
I just filed a claim for my front screen but my back was also damaged. I didn't put that in my claim cause I didn't want my phone getting replaced. They hooked me up and fixed my phone front and back. Vibe was right. Good dudes. Plus they had juicewrld playing. Goats
