This review is long overdue, better late than never! We had our water softener installed back in 2022. To say that it makes a world of difference in our daily lives would be an under statement. Brenda helped us select the proper size based on our household needs. She coordinated scheduling the walkthrough and the installation. I can't for the life of me remember the guy's name that did the installation (bad short term memory lol). I did however manage to take video of his entire post installation instructions (with his permission of course). The day of the installation he arrived on time and was courteous. Really? Could every company be like The Water Hook Up? This company gets 5 stars in every area. Customer service, communication, quality of product- everything. I'd give more stars if I could. They answered every question I had. We're patient and went above and beyond to do a quality job. I worked with Nick and Brenda and I wish all my home improvement interactions were this positive. They did everything I asked for and treated my home like it was theirs. I had called several places before Water Hook Up to get estimates. No one came close to their overall package. At all. Brenda & Calvin makes a great team. They have been serving the Elk Grove area for a very long time. Brenda is very patient and she explains everything thoroughly. They both provide great customer service. I have my water system installed back in 2016 when I moved in and I love it. If you live in Elk Grove, you need to get a water system from Brenda.
