I booked a 60 min facial through ClassPass and it was so relaxing. I loved it. The front desk checked me in and I was brought inside right away. Bathroom was clean too. Ella introduced herself and gave me time to undress. She made sure I was comfortable and examined my face. She removed a lot of black heads I had and even showed me. She did about 8 steps for the whole facial with deep cleansing, exfoliating, steamed, face masks, and etc. My skin never felt so soft and shiny. Had an hour session with Ivy. It was really good, the pressure that I requested was just right and she hit all the spots that I wanted her to focus. Would definitely go back and request for her again.
One of my best massages in US. I am an avid recipient of massages and tend to find that masseuses would do a decent job but ELLA was phenomenal. I would recommend that you call ahead and have her picked as your desired masseuse
