Ella introduced herself and gave me time to undress. She made sure I was comfortable and examined my face. She removed a lot of black heads I had and even showed me. She did about 8 steps for the whole facial with deep cleansing, exfoliating, steamed, face masks, and etc. My skin never felt so soft and shiny.
