My daughter has been going to this Doctor’s Office for a few years, and the experience has always been pleasant. Doctor’s are respectful and care about their patients.
These folks have been a great help to my son in helping us navigate his adhd journey. We’ve been going here since 2020 and have not had a single bad encounter and the nurses and Dr’s are super polite and friendly.
We switched to this location from the Sacramento location thinking it'd be faster since it's closer to home in Elk Grove. We were wrong, the Elk Grove location is extremely slow. We waited for 45 mins before going inside to get blood pressure, height/weight, eye sight, etc. checked. Then we waited another 45 minutes in the exam room. I find it disrespectful that they do this to patients, if they're unable to accommodate patients then schedule at a later time. Simple as that. I suppose they schedule so many patients all at once and max out the number of patients they're able to service per day in order bill more through insurance. If you have the time and don't mind waiting, this is your place. If you're on a tight schedule, don't come here. Doctors are very nice but they are unable to spend much time with you. I'd say we saw the doctor for less than 5 mins for the 1.5 hr we were there.
