Chris Patterson and team did a great job of replacing my HVAC unit. They are a very professional and knowledgeable company. Chris answered all my questions regarding the new refrigerant regulations being effective Jan 2025. He was able to install the make and model of my choice very quickly without delay. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was fully functioning and looking great too.
Called in the morning and they were here later that day. Was very transparent with pricing and options. He fixed everything and had my AC working within the next hour. Everything went very smoothly!
I highly recommend Patterson Heating and Air Conditioning. I located this company on the SMUD recommended HVAC contractors list. The owner, Chris, was prompt to return calls and schedule an appointment. He has 30+ years of experience and was extremely knowledgeable. While other HVAC companies were trying to sell me a $30,000 plus new HVAC system, Chris took the time to diagnose the real issues. He pinpointed the problems and was able to make repairs for a fraction of the cost. The system is working great now. I will use him in the future for all HVAC servicing needs.
