When it comes to flowers, I don't know much but always used to order off 1800 Flowers. Never again. I always prefer to buy local and Paradise is the new go to. The owner Kathy does a great job explaining every option in every price range and obliterated the prices from 1800 flowers. It's really nice knowing that we have a local option that's not just better quality but more affordable!

I live in NYC and my mama lives in Sacramento - I ordered Mother's Day flowers for her from a large website co. who will remain nameless as I will never be using them again - they subcontracted the flower order out to Paradise Florals but as I say "everything happens for a reason" ...I will now be using Paradise Florals exclusively for all of my Sacramento flower orders. as not only did the big flower website co I initially placed my order with pass my order off incorrectly but it was just completely impossible talking with them on the phone to get any updates or any information. I had an issue with the flowers delivered and called to complain. The owner Cathy took my call and offered to replace them. We chatted a bit and she explained the process as I had ordered from a third-party site. She was amazing and sympathetic to my situation. I would highly recommend her services and will contact her directly for my future needs. The replacement flowers were gorgeous and she went out of her way to make my family happy. Five stars and our sincerest gratitude. We appreciate her efforts to make things right despite an unfortunate and out of her control situation.
