We had a top-notch experience beginning to end. Our first contact was Chelle, at the office, and she was very accommodating in scheduling the estimator and the actual project. The estimator, Jordan, was very pleasant and explained the process in its entirety. The crew - Mekhi and Giancarlo - arrived on time, introduced themselves properly, and went over all the details - the work to be done, the price, etc. Their truck was impressive - it has various pieces of equipment mounted on it, looks very professional. After reading about the soft wash moss removal process and excellent reviews, I contracted with No Moss to remove patches of moss that had accumulated on my composite roof. After contacting No Moss, I received a reasonable quote within three days and the work was completed shortly thereafter. The technicians (Santiago and Meshach) that performed the work were easy to work with. They were very knowledgeable, courteous and answered all my questions. I am very happy with their work. The complete job took approximately 3 hours. They cleaned up the area surrounding the house after the job was completed. This included washing down walls and windows. My experience. With the No Moss folks was as good as it gets! The crew , Giancarlo and Mekhi, were hard working, professional and did a great job. The rest of the staff were top notch too. With all that’s going on the the Insurance companies and their drones hovering over our houses made my decision to de-moss my roof even easier. They also. cleaned my gutters and sealed the finished product. I highly recommended these folks. They’re a rare breed. dick Williams
