Scheduled an appointment on line last week through their portal, they called and told me they needed to reschedule. Ok no big deal, I was rescheduled for a later date and when I arrived at the location I stood at the front desk for a few moments with no one coming to check me in, I can hear two ladies laughing and talking in the back, so I tried to shout hello to get someone's attention. No answer. I shouted again and still no response. After standing there for about 5-6min I left without having any services completed. Very disappointed and will never return.

They never answer the phone or return messages. Bought a package and I can’t even schedule an appointment. You can’t book online like they state

The facility was nice and the lady working at the front desk was very polite and welcoming. The nurse who gave me my botox was also very friendly and didn't try to up sale me. Altogether it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely return.

First time getting getting lip filler and I love the over all experience is. The nurse was super nice and knowledgeable and professional. She takedowns about real results and recommendations. Procedure itself was not bad at all and I loved my results! Definitely going back again
