Dr. Katz and Dr. Asari have been exceptional caregivers for my children, consistently providing valuable insights into their health and offering guidance on maintaining their overall well-being. I switched from Sutter Health to Dignity and let me tell you.... it takes FOREVER to schedule an appointment here! This was my original care facility before I switched to Sutter, I guess after a decade they got worse. Old care group allowed online scheduling and follow-ups, but here you have to schedule by phone. I am editing my review from a 1-star to a 3-star after having experienced getting actual treatment from here. First off, the phone scheduling is the worst here. You need to call them in the morning when they open or you'll never get a hold of anyone. Calling in the afternoon, I was always put on hold for 2+ hours. Once you obtain the business card of your doctor you can skip this... I wanted an appointment with my primary care doctor but it took months to get a hold of someone. When I finally made an appointment it was made for near the end of this year because there were no other openings. Kinda lame that the next appointment available is 5 months later, right? I did get an appointment with the dermatologist here. Guess it's easier to get an appointment with a specialty doctor than a primary? Had been going through some skin issues for months and the medicine that the doctor prescribed really helped out. I can feel comfortable going outside again without people asking what happened to my skin.
